Please allow a measurement difference of approximately 1–2 cm.

Adjust your support in four simple steps.
Position the knee support carefully and adjust the dial gradually until the fit feels secure and comfortable.

Prepare the support
Make sure the adjustment system is loosened before putting the support on. Check that the fabric is clean, dry and not twisted.

Position it evenly
Slide the support into position around your knee. Keep the fabric flat and make sure it sits evenly above and below the joint.

Adjust the dial gradually
Turn the adjustment dial gradually to increase tension. Stop when the support feels secure without feeling excessively tight.

Check the fit
Bend and straighten your knee gently. Readjust the position or tension if the support slips, pinches or limits normal movement.

Movement may change the fit. Pause and adjust the support again when needed.
