Welcome to OBravi.
OBravi is a trading name operated by YEY COMMERCE LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, United States.
Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “OBravi,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to YEY COMMERCE LLC.
We operate this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services made available through the website, collectively referred to as the “Services.”
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Contact Information and any other policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using the Services.
By visiting, accessing, interacting with or purchasing from the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Services.
SECTION 1 — ACCESS, ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state or province of residence, or that you have obtained the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
To browse the Store, create an account or purchase a product, you may be asked to provide information including your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, telephone number and payment information.
You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You must notify us promptly if you believe that your account or credentials have been accessed or used without authorization.
You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your customer account to another person.
SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to present our products accurately, including their appearance, features, available sizes, colours, materials, quantities and pricing.
Actual colours and appearance may differ depending on your screen, device, lighting, display settings and other factors outside our reasonable control.
Product measurements and size recommendations are provided as guidance. Customers should review the available size guide carefully before placing an order.
Product availability may vary according to size, colour, side, quantity, destination or another selected option.
Unless expressly stated otherwise and supported by appropriate documentation, OBravi products are offered as sports, activity, mobility or everyday support products.
They are not presented as medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, injury or medical condition.
Product information published on the Store is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Stop using a product if it causes significant pain, numbness, irritation, circulation problems, unusual discomfort or another adverse reaction.
Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional if you have an injury, medical condition, circulation problem, persistent symptoms or uncertainty about whether a product is suitable for you.
We reserve the right to update product information, correct errors, limit quantities or discontinue a product, subject to applicable consumer law.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
Receiving an automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
An order is accepted when we expressly confirm acceptance, begin fulfilment or dispatch the order, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
We reserve the right to decline, limit or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
• Product unavailability
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
• Payment failure
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Shipping restrictions
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information
• Violation of these Terms
• Orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
Please review your product selection, size, colour, side, quantity, billing information and shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
We may be unable to modify or cancel an order after processing or fulfilment has started.
Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to the customer.
SECTION 4 — PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice before an order is submitted.
The price charged will be the price displayed and confirmed at checkout, subject to the correction of obvious errors where permitted by applicable law.
Before you complete your purchase, the total amount payable will be displayed, including applicable taxes, shipping charges and other charges that can reasonably be calculated in advance.
Where customs duties, import taxes or similar government charges may apply and cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, this will be disclosed where required by applicable law.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment and billing information.
You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.
Payment processing may be provided by Shopify Payments or other authorized third-party payment providers.
We do not normally receive or store complete payment-card details where payment processing is handled by an authorized payment provider.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND FULFILMENT
Orders may be processed, fulfilled or delivered with the assistance of third-party suppliers, warehouses, fulfilment providers, logistics providers and shipping carriers.
Products may be dispatched from a location outside the customer’s country.
Processing and delivery times displayed on the Store are estimates unless we expressly agree to delivery by a specific date.
Delivery times may be affected by the destination, carrier operations, customs processing, public holidays, severe weather, address errors and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to process and deliver orders within the timeframe communicated to the customer.
For consumers in the European Union and other jurisdictions offering similar mandatory protection, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods remains with OBravi until the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
This does not apply where the customer independently selects and commissions a carrier that was not offered by OBravi.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by applicable law.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL, REFUNDS AND LEGAL GUARANTEES
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
OBravi currently offers a voluntary 30-day return period, subject to the eligibility requirements, procedures and exclusions stated in that policy.
Consumers in the European Union generally have a mandatory right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
Our voluntary 30-day return policy does not replace, restrict or reduce any mandatory withdrawal right or consumer protection provided by applicable law.
Customers may be responsible for the direct cost of returning a change-of-mind purchase where this responsibility was clearly disclosed before purchase and is permitted by applicable law.
OBravi is responsible for providing an appropriate remedy where goods are defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or not in conformity with the purchase contract.
Consumers in the European Union generally benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are defective or do not look, function or perform as advertised.
These legal rights apply independently of any voluntary return policy or commercial guarantee offered by OBravi.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits or restricts a mandatory legal guarantee, withdrawal right, refund right, repair right, replacement right, price-reduction right or another consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
SECTION 7 — PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
Customers must use products only for their intended purpose and follow any care, sizing, fitting, cleaning, storage or safety instructions supplied with the product or published on the relevant product page.
Customers should select a size and product option appropriate for their intended use.
Do not use a product that is visibly damaged, altered or missing an essential component.
OBravi does not guarantee that a particular product will be suitable for every person, activity, injury or medical condition.
If you have a medical condition, injury, circulation problem, allergy, skin sensitivity or persistent symptoms, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory rights concerning unsafe, defective or non-conforming products.
SECTION 8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their content, including the OBravi name, branding, logos, product descriptions, website text, graphics, photographs, videos, audio and page design, are owned by or licensed to YEY COMMERCE LLC except where otherwise indicated.
The Services are protected by applicable trademark, copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
You may use the Services only for personal, lawful and non-commercial purposes.
Without our prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, commercially exploit or create derivative works from protected OBravi content.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a license to use the OBravi name, branding, logos, designs or other intellectual property except as expressly stated.
Shopify and other third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 9 — OPTIONAL AND THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may provide access to tools, applications, features or services operated by third parties.
Third-party tools may be provided “as available” and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
We do not control every aspect of third-party services and are not responsible for their independent operation beyond the extent required by applicable law.
You should review the relevant third-party terms and privacy information before using such tools.
Your use of third-party tools is at your discretion and remains subject to any applicable mandatory rights.
SECTION 10 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services.
The presence of a link does not necessarily mean that OBravi endorses, controls or is affiliated with the third party.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, content, policies, security or practices of independent third-party websites.
You should review a third party’s terms, privacy policy and other applicable conditions before entering into a transaction with that party.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
SECTION 11 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
OBravi is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology used to operate the Store.
Purchases made through the Store are transactions directly between the customer and YEY COMMERCE LLC.
Shopify is not the seller of OBravi products and is not responsible for OBravi product fulfilment, customer support, returns, refunds or other seller obligations, except where Shopify separately provides a service directly to the customer.
Nothing in this section limits any right a customer may have directly against Shopify under a separate agreement with Shopify.
SECTION 12 — PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process personal information necessary to provide and improve its ecommerce services.
Information may also be processed by payment providers, fulfilment providers, suppliers, shipping carriers, analytics providers, marketing providers and other service providers where necessary to operate the Store.
Some providers may process information in countries other than the customer’s country of residence.

SECTION 13 — FEEDBACK, REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS
If you submit feedback, suggestions, reviews, photographs, videos, ideas or other content to OBravi, you confirm that you own the content or have the necessary permission to provide it.
You grant YEY COMMERCE LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display and distribute that content for operating, improving and promoting the Services, subject to applicable privacy and consumer law.
We will not knowingly modify a genuine customer review in a way that misrepresents the customer’s overall opinion.
You must not submit content that:
• Is false, misleading, defamatory, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, obscene or unlawful
• Violates another person’s intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Falsely impersonates another person
• Conceals compensation or incentives received for a review where disclosure is required
We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
SECTION 14 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, incorrect prices, inaccurate descriptions, availability errors, incorrect delivery estimates or other omissions.
We reserve the right to correct errors and update information.
Where an error affects an order that has already been submitted, we will contact the customer where required and provide an appropriate option.
This may include confirming the corrected information or cancelling and refunding the affected order.
Nothing in this section limits rights available under applicable consumer law.
SECTION 15 — PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.
You must not use the Services to:
• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Commit or attempt fraud
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights
• Submit false or misleading information
• Harass, threaten, abuse, discriminate against or harm another person
• Upload malware, viruses or harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Store or another account
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Services
• Collect personal information without authorization
• Send spam, phishing messages or fraudulent communications
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Circumvent security, access-control, fraud-prevention or technical measures
• Resell or commercially exploit the Services without authorization
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
SECTION 16 — TERMINATION
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where permitted by law, including where a user violates these Terms, engages in fraud, threatens the security of the Services or uses the Services unlawfully.
Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before termination.
Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain effective, including provisions concerning intellectual property, payments, liability, privacy, governing law and disputes.
SECTION 17 — WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS
We aim to provide accurate information and reliable Services, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, completely secure or free from technical errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and Services are provided on an “as available” basis.
However, nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts:
• Mandatory consumer rights
• Statutory guarantees
• Product-conformity obligations
• Liability for fraud
• Liability for intentional misconduct
• Liability for death or personal injury where such liability cannot legally be excluded
• Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded
Information on the Store is provided for general informational purposes and must not be relied upon as medical advice.
Customers should consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding injuries, medical conditions, persistent symptoms or questions about the suitability of a support product.
SECTION 18 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YEY COMMERCE LLC and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
For consumers, this section does not reduce any mandatory right or remedy provided by applicable consumer law.
We remain responsible for our obligations as the seller, including applicable obligations relating to product safety, conformity, delivery, refunds and consumer remedies.
SECTION 19 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify YEY COMMERCE LLC against third-party claims, losses or reasonable costs resulting directly from:
• Your unlawful use of the Services
• Your material violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of another person’s legal rights
• Content you submit without the necessary rights or permissions
This obligation does not apply to the extent that a loss was caused by OBravi or where indemnification would conflict with mandatory consumer law.
SECTION 20 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or removed to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
SECTION 21 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
A failure by OBravi to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, form the agreement governing access to and use of the Services.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from relying on product information, representations or mandatory rights that form part of the purchase contract under applicable law.
SECTION 22 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your contractual rights or obligations without our prior written agreement, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
YEY COMMERCE LLC may transfer its rights or obligations as part of a legitimate business transfer, restructuring, merger, sale or service-provider arrangement.
Any transfer will not reduce mandatory consumer rights or legal guarantees.
SECTION 23 — GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
However, this choice of law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections provided by the laws of the consumer’s country of habitual residence.
Consumers may bring a claim before any court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms requires an eligible consumer to bring a dispute exclusively in Wyoming where such a requirement would be unlawful or unenforceable.
Before starting formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.
SECTION 24 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, operations, legal obligations or business practices.
The most recent version will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes.
Changes will not retroactively reduce rights relating to an order already accepted unless permitted by applicable law.
